The Cardón cactus (Pachycereus pringlei, also known as Mexican giant cardón or elephant cactus) is a species of large cactus native to northwestern Mexico. It is a close relative of the saguaro, and specimens will survive if transplanted in Arizona within the range of the saguaro. |
